15 off feet then back onto the ball after ruck formed with white 10, blue 10 may have entered from the side too ?

commentators in Bath v Ospreys in the ITV LV cup highlights program last weekend also trotted out this tired line...

I can only assume its deliberate - they must surely have been better appriased by now by refs societies and individuals?

And this evening, Leicester v Gloucester - "he has to let him up!"

On my touchscreen I don't have a button for "he didn't let him up".

I also don't have a button for "taking up space" which JP penalised Gloucester for.
Gloucester player on the floor on the wrong side of a ruck stands up and "gets in the way".
Had a toss up between "obstruction", "offside" and ""not rolling away".
Which one would you have used?
There was no recognisable secondary signal from JP, so I just had his description to go on.
