Well, Shell may still own some / all of it I am not sure, but in terms of membership and usage there is no longer any connection, it's open to anyone to join and no special privileges for shell employees for quite some time now.

They have just built a world class rugby pitch and both NZ and SA will be based there for their London pool games.
