Ohhhhh, now this is going to be hard to call. I am going for NZ by 13.

22-06-05, 12:06
Can't understand why Sir Clive has taken this long to announce this team, when he obviously picked it two years ago! ;)

Anyway, NZ comfortably by 21

22-06-05, 13:06
NZ by 15...

I think the only chance I have of winning this flippin tipping competition is to take a gamble and go against the trend of predictions in the hope I get lucky and everyone else stumbles. So Ill take a BIG risk and say Lions by 4
And I know youre all thinking New Zealand will win, but can I just remind you only 4 fews ago when the Lions came down under, EVERYONE was writing off the Lions in the first test and they ended up winning by 29-13. So you just never know.

I think we're going to catch the All Blacks napping on this one, but lose the series overall...

Lions by 6...

Personally I am disgusted that Robinson is starting at full-back! Lewsey is the most devasting runner from full-back because he knows how to - and when to - cut into the line.

For those interested, here is the All Blacks' line-up:

New Zealand: Leon Macdonald; Doug Howlett, Tana Umaga (captain), Aaron Mauger, Sitiveni Sivivatu; Daniel Carter, Justin Marshall; Tony Woodcock, Keven Mealamu, Carl Hayman, Chris Jack, Ali Williams, Jerry Collins, Richie McCaw, Rodney So'oialo.
Replacements: Derren Witcombe, Greg Somerville, Jono Gibbes, Sione Lauaki, Byron Kelleher, Mils Muliaina, Rico Gear

Strong, as you'd expect, but the front-five is under-strength compared to the Lions - the same cannot be said for the back row!

Lions by 3.

22-06-05, 19:06
Close but unfortunatley NZ by 3

22-06-05, 20:06
Lions by 12 and the 2-1 in the tests.

New Zealand by 9

23-06-05, 09:06
NZ by 15 I don't think this teams has the guts for it.

24-06-05, 18:06
NZ by 31.

(And I even got the right day on which to predict this one)

25-06-05, 21:06
I'll second that, if conditions hadn't been so bad, I think the Blacks would have won by 40-50
