Do any of you do any sort of training, if so what, how often etc?

I train 2 times a week in the gym.

routine is:

25 mins on cross trainer doing random program at level 8+
25 mins on bike doing hill programe at level 8+

4 - 5 upper body weight machines doing 3 x 10 - 12 reps
sit ups (crunches) on a trainer ball (bloody hard) 3 x 12
impetween each set of crunches doing the 'plank' position for 30 seconds.

And then obviously a game every Sat or Sun.
