    RC issued in the bunker

Thanks Dickie E. I understand the argument that OF was "always illegal" because of the shoulder charge even though he was cited for a "dangerous tackle" under 9.13 My understanding is that a shoulder charge falls under 9.16. My question is how 9.16 is assessed when the player's other...

    RC issued in the bunker

Question for those more knowledgeable than me. Is there any mitigation available if OF (or any player) attempted to wrap/grasp the ball career simultaneously with his other arm?

    that haka again..

Pretty famously John Eales' team did some warm-ups instead of facing the haka in 1996. The Wallabies got absolutley flogged 43-6 that day, and Eales says it's his biggest regret as a player

    Driving ruck too far

Thanks all for the repsponses. Does that mean players on the floor don't set an offside line?

    Driving ruck too far

Sure, but if you are driven back out of the ruck at some point you are in the ruck, and your foot is the back foot. When does your foot stop being relevant to the ruck?

    [In-goal] Grounding against corner post

France v Australia - Kurindrani gets awarded with a try for his incredible acrobatic grounding. https://streamable.com/5tky However, this would seem to meet the grounding "against the corner post" part of Law 22.12. Should the try have been awarded?

    [Law] 12f Intentional knock forward

Apologies if this has been answered previously With all of the Oz/Scotland kerfuffle going on there has been some tit-for-tat reviews of the Samoan Scotland game and some intense scrutiny of the law book. One issue that has come up is the "intentional knock forward" that Seymour uses when he...

[Tackle] Tackling a player who drops a kick

Gif of the play in question here - http://gfycat.com/RewardingAcidicFinch Black tackles a player who has dropped a kick backwards. This means white can't recover and the black player picks up the ball and runs through and scores the try. It looks like play on but is black entitled to tackle a...
