I think that you have to make it easier for the rest of us to view the same incident.

[RWC] Re: How are the RWC refs doing so far ?

From your description: surely Smith is 'peeling' 18.28d; Savea stays within 15m until LO is over.

Re: Where are you this weekend - 2019-20

Only as far south as Salisbury (Bishop Wordsworth Sch v Seaford) followed by a drive north to Melksham. I could find out who will be there (from WTR).

[Law] Re: Kick from 22, when is it inside

The 22 does not include the touchlines, so part of the BC's foot on a touchline is outside the 22 (and out of play).

The 22 does include the 22 line. So part of the BC's foot on the 22 line is...

    [Law] Re: Unsporting Conduct Question.

I would say that the referee will not be doing that again, as on the field of play everything he decides is right, so he cannot be 'wrong'.

Re: Gaining advantage by making ball dead

Their advantage was the ability to end the half. Why not? Why should they be forced to play a scrum that they do (may) not want?

[Junior] Re: Welsh Rugby Pathway under 11s.

"he was over the plane of the tryline"

Hey, it doesn't really matter what was ruled on the day, but it helps to know what Law applies. Manage it, hopefully in a common way.

OP: "For the point of clarity lets assume he was over the plane of the tryline before the ball was grabbed."

[Junior] Re: Welsh Rugby Pathway under 11s.

Do the Laws that a Tackle and Ruck can only take place in the Field of Play (and therefore not in In-goal) not apply?

But I bet that this was not the coach's point.

    Re: YC return

I generally wait until the next dead ball, but, TBH, 20 secs less than 10 mins playing time is definitely no; 5 seconds less may well depend on how generous/pissed off I am feeling.

    [Law] Re: Offside or not

If you decide that he did not play it intentionally, and therefore none of his team-mates will be off-side, good game management would be to inform both teams ("not played, play on"?), in the same...

    [Law] Choke 'Tackle'

The ball carrier (BC) is held by one or more opponents, who endeavour to keep the BC on her feet. No member of the BC's team joins in, so there is no maul. After some seconds (not immediately - how...
