    You are missing the point. One of the questions now is "what is and is not allowable in an employment contract". ie just because an employer puts a clause in a contract may not necessarily make it...

    Absolutely. Player safety paramount. You can't force a team to make a sub to try to solve the issue.

    Normally if scrums are a mess (eg dominant scrum) I'll ask players to depower. If they refuse,...
