[Junior] Re: Welsh Rugby Pathway under 11s.

It does not. Where a variation is not stated then LOTG apply. I am reading the OP that this is happening in the FOP and wer are in a "legal" tackle situation - In the referee's opinion.

[Junior] Re: Welsh Rugby Pathway under 11s.

    For me:

    (A)
    WRU Pathway U11

After the tackle one player from each team can contest for the ball, this can be any player
involved in the tackle or another arriving player
    Acting scrum half...

[Junior] Re: Welsh Rugby Pathway under 11s.

This is the most recent pathway I have:

    U11 Pathway WRU

Waist high tackle or lower (the waist is the line of the shorts) there can be more than one tackler
    1st player to the breakdown...

    [Law] Re: Offside or not

If yo utry to "sell" it like this you are going to have to have a good story. It is either Offside or play on. Once you blow it is either PK or scrum against the play you felt was offside.

    The...

And there's a big part of the problem.

Gosper is very good at tweeting nonsense and posturing. Not so good at delievery.

Re: RWC Japan 2019 - Business

If six days is the minimum acceptable turnaround then WR MUST enforce it. TOUGH if it causes the organisers a problem.

HIA protocol, Red Cards etc all cause "problems". They are there for a reason...

Did you, as the ref, think it to be "Dangerous"? if so:

    [Law] Re: "Knock-on"

During the game "Shut it" is exactly whay you should do! - Although he could frame his words carefully. Ref makes the call - NOT YOU! You are a player (in this situation) accept it mnd move on....

[Law] Re: Charge down & off side

A failed catch can be a knock on. It depends where the ball goes next.

i believe we were all reasonably intelligent people, who can tell the difference between a failed catch that goes BACKWARD...

    [Scrum] Re: Uncontested scrums

The ref can't force the game to go ahead. The coach has the right to consider the pitch unplayable at anytime. I quoted the guden ce that, coachin in the Welsh Championship, you eould be fully aware...

[Law] Re: When to make the mark

    Ok.

    No issue here.

Why walk to the centre? You give a PK 5 mtrs out and walk 50 mtrs to the centre to issue a card? All you are doing is adding to the "drama" ("Look at me" comes to...

    [Maul] Re: uncontested maul

Agree. You can't hand the ball back without creating an obstruction. Unless a maul is already formed. Not time to call "use it" so treat as accidental. Scrum to Red.
  19. [Law] Re: Hand Off or Fend to the face/head/neck

Then Murray is at fault not May. Same as Halfpenny. His poor technique, his problem.
  20. [Law] Re: Hand Off or Fend to the face/head/neck

Even when you play a PI side or Farrell is in the other team?
  21. [Law] Re: Hand Off or Fend to the face/head/neck

If it is illecgal to make contact with the head, it should apply to both sides. A fend / hand off could easily cause concussion with a head being i]jarred backwards.

The laws are an ass in this...
