    On a side note 7s, at the higher level games (USA Qualifier) I've ran a lot. Anywhere from 1.5-2.5 was common depending on the speed of attack.

    Let's assume that an offensive player runs from about 10M on his run up.

    Decreasing the 10M it would decrease the ability to hit at speed, where now, it is normally two players clashing full speed...
