    Not exactly.

    To clarify, you don't need to bind to FORM a ruck, you just need contact.
    But you do need to bind to JOIN an already formed ruck.

    He didn't move it forward 4m, that would be about 12 feet, or two tall men. He probably nudged it forward about 3 or 4 feet.
    I would have expected one of the AR's to notice though and tell the ref.

    Well I bought one of these for a fiver, arrived in a couple of days. It's really good apart from one small issue...it only counts up to 9 :chin:

    WR have informed the RFU, who in turn have informed all the Societies.
    As and when Societies pass it on to referees depends on them, but the don't need to do it before the start of the season so may...
