I think the decision and explaination was...
Just picking up an issue from another thread where people have implied that Club refs and clubs who allow fixtures with them to take place are not covered by RFU insurance as they must have a minimum...
Always walk out after both teams and never get changed until the opposition actually arrive!
I've had it a couple of times in England at L7, is there a rule on this? If so can somebody quote it
I understand the rule of thumb comments but in many of my games, skill level, law knowledge and fitness are the major contributions to penalties rather than cynical!
I've always clapped both teams through and walked through myself at the end.
Just thought this was normal.
You will get some who will ignore you, some shake your hand/ pat your shoulder/ cheers...
Home skipper tosses, away skipper calls winner decides what to do always has been as far as I'm concerned.
Never ceases to amaze me that captains haven't thought it through what to do if they win!...
Machu Pichu! Might struggle to find a game or a pint of Guinness there but I'll try
For me this is the refs fault at the top level, if the ball is at the back foot and clearly available they need to call use it. Sadly they don't.
If you have a two man caterpillar and you call use...

If the leaping defender has a bad fall whether it's his fault or not, loud blast, stop play.
Potential flash point then manage it with your explaination
Nice south Cumbrian L8 derby Furness V Windermere, I'll let them off with my £3 return bus fare expenses if they're nice to me ;-)
its half term
any referees on holiday in Cumbria who would
like a game this saturday
Games at level 8/9/10 available
in our beautiful county
Have to agree it wasn't clear and obvious that the strip went forward however can't believe they didn't check on Welsh scrum half who was in front of the ball before the scrum started and looked lik...
Amazing coincidence how many resets we get when a team is hanging on for a win!
Not end of game scenario but I often get the call "head injury sir, head injury sir" and if I'm unsure or haven't seen any obvious incident I have to stop the game to cover my *rse.
Often it is just...
Cumbria 1 Whitehaven v Workington, nice little derby
Good decision Gracie. Player safety paramount.
I'm sure a number of Heineken cup games have been rescheduled in recent years to the next day due to frost/snow.
You would have thought a 24/48 hour postponement would be perfectly reasonable for...
I've seen a couple of tries ruled out today for earlier infringements called by the TMO or requested by the TO3.
Surely there is a case for resetting the game clock from when the offence actually...
I think he actually called it for the hooker not playing it!
