You could play the 'Saint Nigel' card - YC for all the infringing front row if it happens again.

Seriously, this is dangerous play -clearly deliberate from the description given - at least a PK. I would love to have been able to identify the 'caller' as well for special dressing down. Immediate final warning -make sure the captain AND coach are included (if only by turning up the volume!)
