I have just noticed that a Mark in goal is now clearly moved to the 5m line. (Law 18.2).
I know we discussed this before and it used to be Mark could be made in goal.
Anyone know when this changed?

I believe that was changed in the 2011 book. (if that is what a green shading around the law means!)
