    Default Pre-season targets

Two months after 'resolving' to start next season fitter .....

Concept 2000m time has been reduced by 35s
Treadmill at 11.0KPH distance increased by 20%

    Scales say I've dropped 9.5kg !

    Heart rate of 74 bpm
    Blood pressure of 126/82

    Feeling chuffed. :-)

    Well done mate!
Rule #1: If the law doesn't forbid it, it's allowed.
Rule #2: If it ain't in the Law Book, don't make it up.
