    Half time.
Garces having a great game so far.
I liked the way he saw that again on the big screen and realised he should have given a YC, so went ahead and gave one.

Agree, great game so far. Didn't over react to the NZ high tackle, nor the SA shoulder charge. Calling a good game without making it about himself. TMO doing a great job to have the calls before the game is stopped too.

Excellent game by all. In the finest tradition of NZ v SA.

Happy to win, don't think we played as well as we could have, but credit must go to the Boks for not allowing us to. Garces was excellent - can't think of a single decision I disagreed with.

I have never seen Garces so composed. I thought he had a very assured game.

Yep, tight game alright but Boks really never looked like scoring a try. Maybe they needed to chance their hand and go for the corner when Lambie kicked his penalty.
The weather can be a great leveller.
I was a little surprised they didn't check the last pass for AB's 1st try.
One tough PK against SA for tackled player not releasing as he was trying to push the ball back through the non-rolling AB tackler.
Those two things probably the only questions for me re the ref. He really has impressed during this tournament.
Other big moment was the Matfield neck roll that reversed a kickable penalty. Bet Ian hates George just a little bit less now?

PS: Is there a Knob Of The Year Award For Shite Commentator that can be given to Phil Kearns?

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It is difficult only for the others.
It's the same when you are stupid.

I thought pass was worth a check as well, but on replay it looked OK.

Can't really argue with the Matfield one, given that he had done the same in the first half against us. Both were PK's I guess; Matfield's slightly worse as he actually did the "roll" part of the crocodile roll while Moody just did a headlock.

I didn't have a problem with Matfield's neck roll PK, just saying that it was a big moment in the game. Good consistent decision by TMO.
Haven't seen a decent camera angle of the 1st try yet.
    Hope the rain stops.

If there is, he won it after the Super Rugby semi final.

    What did he say now?
