There are more ways of killing a dog than choking it with butter.
Listening to the London 7s on WR radio and following the results on the WR match center.
Gotta give a big hand to the commentators. Looking at the line ups of Samoa and Russia (and Russia is a surprising winner 29-17) I'm amazed at their ability to follow the play and get the names right. How do they do it?
Every 20 minutes they get a new 24 names and they don't get to shut up and down a pint after 2 hours.
We're quick to criticize when they fumble the laws so let's give them the credit for doing something I would stumble over on the opening kick-off,
Who are these guys?
Congratulations to Ireland for upsetting the US in the QFs. Now, can they handle a blazing hot Fiji?
. . . and for taking 3rd over England. These guys should be a core team next year, How do they qualify?
England thru’ to quarter finals in Paris
Fiji and RSA the in form sides

What a weekend. Sixteen teams and not one team went 3-0 in pool play. Only three teams didn't win a game and they were Argentina, Wales and Samoa. Spain go thru to the 1/4s and Ireland win their pool.
I'll be binge watching this and the U-20s next week.
