It MIGHT be, and I'd defer making any definitive statements without actually reading the handed down judgement - reporters aren't always great at getting the nuance of decisions right.

    Ruling ominous for Folau
An employer has the right to expect staff to toe the company line on the internet.
Looks like the article is behind a paywall.

Jurisprudence may well be against Folau though.
Freedom of speech isn't freedom from consequences

If an individual employee is urging a breaking of the law, or defaming or vilifying a person or group on the basis of skin colour, religion or ethnicity, then of course an employer can take action against that employee. To not do so is to sanction that breach of the law.
Why doesn’t IF just man up? Rhetorical question, he clearly isn’t capable of manning up. All brawn, no brains, definition : Having great physical strength but lacking mental acuity. He simply hasn’t got the intelligence to put his hand up and say he was wrong. A lifetime of being obedient (submissive more like) first to his parents now to his wife. When will he ever grow up and be a man?

Sounds like the Roar see this result as a premonition of things to come.
    Australia 47 - 26 New Zealand
You have to go back to Sydney, 1999, for an equivalent points margin of 21 points when Rod Macqueen’s side defeated the All Blacks 28 – 7 at Sydney. Macqueen’s 1999 Wallabies went on, famously, to win the 1999 Rugby World Cup tournament in a convincing manner.

Meanwhile Folau has now taken down his Instagram account.

Which is odd : as I understand it, that was what RA asked for in return for which he could keep his job, and he refused .
