he/she would be dealt with a lot more quickly & severely than IF. In that case, it would be a case of falsely yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre. As far as IF is concerned, he really believes he can smell smoke.

Unless, of course, he lived in a totalitarian Sharia country. In which case he'd get a medal.

What point are you trying to make?

    Exactly!

Some people are implying that because Folau is a fundy Christian, and he reeeeeeely truuuuuuuuly believes what he has said, that he should get a pass.. ie. special treatment!

I'm not implying it ... I am saying it. What are your views on conscientious objection?

Being a Christian, or a theist of any persuasion for that matter, does not give you special rights to exhibit bigotry, and a pass if you do so.

If you support a person's right to make public-facing bigoted statements attacking homosexuals, that makes you a bigot yourself, so you clearly are in support of Folau's anti-gay stance.

Its good to know exactly where you stand.

This is totally irrelevant to the issue at hand, but for the record, I don't believe that a person should be forced to fight in a war. I say that is a person who did 20 years of service in the armed forces.

Is it a bigoted post attacking gays?

Has he been asked to take it down?

    That's an interesting question.
Saracens state clearly that the post is in contravention of his contract, so it's intriguing that it's still up ..

    Yes, it's clearly anti gay.

Maybe you should make a complaint to Saracens that his post is still up
