    For me If I think thr tackler has jumped to cause the tackle to become "illegal", I will not ping the tackler. Rather I will tell the tackled player that I'm not buying his gamesmanship and if h does it again I'll consider pinging him for "acts contrary to good sportsmanship". If the act is, in my opinion dangerous then I'll deal with that in mind.

    I disallowed this "try" last season. See attached photo.
    Very few complaints on the day, fullback lines up the winger to tackle him and the winger jumped and hurdled him.
    I penalised the winger for dangerous play.
