Default Late hit from a drop kick

Drop Kick, followed by late hit. Penalty offense. Is it also where the ball landed?

Drop kick? Are we talking attempted drop goal, 22 drop out, kick off, ...?

If it's a successful drop goal, would your decision be different depending on whether the ball had already crossed the cross bar when the late hit occurred?
I, for one, like Roman numerals

presumably if its a DG attempt that is successful the 3 points is awarded then any cards deemed fit. its basically playing advantage. In the same way a late hit after a scoring pass for a try wouldnt see the try awarded and a PK at restart.

hmmm... so what if its a successful DG and after the ball has passed throiugh the posts and THEN the late hit coms in? Would that be the same as knees in the back of a try scoerer and PK restart? Jut throwing that out there
