However if eddie is talking about 6N games then it is plausible .. esp as NO doesn't tend to get Italy at home .. (away win) that goes to junior refs, he gets the big games , whixh are close and home advantage matters

Yes obviously need to compare what was expected pre-match to what actually happened.
In any case have the stats been verified? Who came up with this figure and is it correct? What games does it apply to - is the methodology for including and excluding games logical.
