    Well I’m of the view it’s unacceptable, dangerous and was rightly red carded, and would be when I referee. Rugby has some inherent dangers and these are not helped by reckless conduct.

    He wasn't red carded

    The referees decision was play on
    Then the incident was called in by the TMO and after a long deliberation the decision was PK only

    Are you seriously saying that should have been a RC ?

    Indeed. If you were to allow that Kerevi style forearm to the neck go unpunished at your level, I dare say your assessor will be having a few stern words with you about player safety, duty of care etc.
