Used to play a lot of cricket and football up to my mid-20s
Have done a lot of orienteering and would like to get back into that.
I am a practicing martial artist (karate and May Thai)

OP asked “how did I get into them?”
Rugby through my local club: played from 10-40, coached and refereed since then.
Cricket and football through school and local clubs via friend.
Orienteering and boxing in the Army.
    Martial arts through my mother!
