Perhaps we can set up a separate thread if there is enough interest?
Right, a simple one so the newbies can get involved too. Since the network is largely suspended, we'll play the Cambridge Standard Rules, with broken escalators as wild.

    I'll start: Chalfont & Latimer

I thought the International Mornington Crescent Board said those rules didn't actually change anything, though, CR.

Does that put you in nid?

I invoke Ellis's Oblate Spheroid Uplift and go to Richmond.

From Richmond, I'll play a Back Hand and take us to Leicester Square.

(And I think you'll find Ellis's spheroid was prolate. If I'm being picky, I could deduct you a mark.)

With respect, the 2019 rewrite, while ostensibly not changing anything from 2017, had quite a material effect on the rules.

As a result, this move may not be considered valid.
