Default Ball touch the player and go forward

    Hello,

Yesterday situation: ball touched white player (not hands) and went to the player in front. Play on? And if the touch would be not accident.

If it hasn't touched the hand or arm then it is play on.
At the lower levels of the game white player in front would be offside but probably would be accidental offside and a scrum to the non offending team.
At higher levels this could be given as an offside penalty especially if the white player in front prevented opposition from gaining possession.

You say “went to the player in front”. If it just touches him/her (legs?) and they don’t move towards the ball then scrum to non-offending side.
If they move to the ball and attempt to play it in some way then a penalty to non-offending side. It all depends on how much time they have to react to the situation and what they attempt to do.
Regardless of level of the game.

Perhaps a minor point. Only blow if the offending team gain an advantage from the accidental contact with the ball.

10.5 Only if the offending team gains an advantage should play stop.

I, for one, like Roman numerals
