    Default Non UK Referees

What's the chance of you non UK Refs getting more of your referees on here?

We have a good rep from the UK, and the USA holds it's own too, but because of the domination it leads to NH interpretation. It would be great if it could be much more even!

I'll be doing my bit in NSW in August, can anyone else help spread the word?

We could do with some South Africans on here, any idea how we can connect with some of them?

I have already mentioned this site to a South African contact of mine, but I think they are currently more interested in their own new (very good) site. They have several international referees involved!

I guess for most of us coming on here is at the end of a hard day's work, and for them it'd be a busman's holiday?

Or they are discouraged from doing so by RFU ?

Or As Elite Referees, it has no content of relevance to them

Or they have looked at it, seen it mostly theoretical debate and aimless drivel (tongue-in-cheek)

Or they are to busy travelling, training, refereeing / TJ-ing, analysing video replays of their matches and decision-making, etc

Maybe, conversely, they have absolutely no awareness of the place?

I'm sure there are a dozen reasons why they are not here. It's what I tell myself after missing scheduled training nights.

"I don't want to hear excuses, I want to see results!"

For what ever reason why they are not here, we could benefit from their insight. If they do know about the site, then it would be a shame if they didn't 'give back' to the game.

I'm sure if you suggested to Barnsie, Spreadbury, White et al that they didn't give back to the game, with all the talks they give to ref societies around the UK, their willingness to discuss things with any referee at these meetings, going to watch some dire rugby to help new refs, and much more, you would probably get a fairly rude answer.

As for reasons why not? Perhaps not being aware, more likely they don't want to discuss the laws in a pedantic way, when their answers would be - Materiality or Mange it. Plus add in they are refs at work, dealing with everything that throws at them, they probably don't want to go home, relax, turn on the computer, and discuss laws again.
