Blue player stepped out of line into trams before ball was thrown?

Or, you saw him standing in the trams, waited until the ball left the thrower's hands, then pinged him?

The player at the back of the line for reds looks about 15 years old -or he was fly half and therefore offside.

Where are the receivers?
