Red are attacking and kick ahead. Ball goes into In-Goal and stops just short of the Dead Ball Line.

A Red attacker and White defender chase for the ball and after a bit of shouldering (legitimate) the White defender then kicks the ball over the Dead Ball Line.

And your decision for how to restart would be .... ?

because red put the ball into white's in goal, if the ball subsequently goes dead it will be a 22m.

The Red scrum-half gave me chapter and verse on his view of the laws which was close to a Yellow and a 32m penalty!
