how do you Add different like emojis?

When browsing the site, I often click the like button when agreeing with members responses but noticed others are able to add other emojis rather than the thumbs up. How do you do that?

When I hover my mouse cursor over the Like button, other options are shown. (I really only use a laptop, not an Android /I-thingy.)

We all like a quick tap, but sometimes longer, slower taps are preferred by others.

I only use my PC but that option doesn't come up
