The rabbit in the Métro is now a cultural icon in Paris similar to the "mind the gap" phrase in London. Let’s see just how far this London St. Pancras International rabbit-hole goes. At least all the way to Paris Gare du Nord it seems. Connecting train from either St Pancras International or Kings Cross stations, it’s less than a 5-minute walk between both International stations, in fact they share a tube stop (King's bloomin' Cross).

Just follow the signs for Eurostar check-in on your outward journey.

Reverse rules in play


Mornington Croissant so called as the game is usually played over breakfast. Only having arrived here by deep rabbithole, this means reverse rules apply.

Reverse rules apply what does that mean? I hear you ask : That is to say we start with Mornington Crescent and the original starting player will reveal to us the name of the starting-station once we have worked back step by step to the start point. Some negotiation may be involved, should a late joiner/starter, think he/she made the opening move. Usual rules apply, which is to say absolutely none. A sharp witty tongue and a fond memory of the French capital are all one needs. Famous landmarks accepted, only if they are within 2km of main entrance of last station mentioned. (Good luck with that one, now that reverse rules are in play.) By the way, the French say “in Nip”rather than “in Nidd” for some reason. Art Nouveau entrances are, bien entendu, wild.
