However, am a little surprised this hasn't been pushed down the line to grass routes yet, although am admittedly unaware of the process and validation that needs to happen until it's rolled out
It is being introduced in England as a phased programme this season, however the resources are already available here http://www.englandrugby.com/rugbysafe/activate/ for those who are interested

that sure is one 'cutting edge' university - whoever would have thought that having young people go through a series of body strengthening & agility based exercises would help them avoid injuries.
