    Default Off side mark

At a ruck around 15 m line, back all come up together, off side. Which mark do you choose for the penalty, the 10, centre or wing? Must add this was 5 m out so within kicking distance.

If it's 3 separate PKs give the oppos the choice.

The offending team commits a second or subsequent infringement from which no advantage can be gained. The referee stops play and allows the captain of the non-offending team to choose the most advantageous sanction

Sorry I must not have explained it correctly. I mean if the whole back line, as one come up off side. Do I chose the middle as nearer the posts,

I think this is not a case of second offence....
More a case of numerous simultaneous offences. I believe advantage was not being played here.

If no advantage was played after the first offence.. then there was only one offence , as the others happened after the whistle went

    Not necessarily. ..

I think the OP is asking if 2 or more of the backline stray offside simultaneously where is the mark for the penalty.
My question to the poster is, which offside player straying offside is material?.. I would award the penalty at that position.

When the back line stray offside you have two choices
    1 blow whistle immediately
2 play advantage, at least for a few seconds to see what happens

It's almost always 2 , so then they get a choice

1 is rare, it's when you see something enormous .. so there's your mark
