In this situation the feed is awarded to the team that was "going forward" — that is, the team that had the forward momentum at the ruck. If the ball is held up at a maul, the scrum is awarded to the team not in possession when the maul started
That makes sense then, I read as it coming out the back 5 metres back.
That's correct, scrum didn't move 5m (I normally call hold drive at 1m to give them a chance), the question was more around the definition of 'moving forward' which technically was green even though blue has possession and it had been their scrum
