    Bit of a joke regulation that one, happened to Newcastle Falcons last year, they had players they could draft in / loan but EPCR refused - I understand why the regulations are there, but common sense has to prevail in terms of player welfare surely? And daft as it sounds, Falcons could have abused the situation to take advantage of uncontested scrums but didn’t to their credit - hopefully common sense will prevail here and people can see the game they want
