Hope you recover quickly and painlessly!

This weekend no rugby, I'm finally travelling to see my folks for the first time in over a year.

Enjoy, Stockton are my nearest club, I’m actually there tomorrow reffing their 3’s (original appointment has been Covidified but a game is a game) and it’s 6 mins in the cat not 66 so I’ll take that. A good bunch, growing club and well run.

This weekend I am back in Yorkshire 1

    Level 7

Dinnington v Old Crossleyans (Halifax) former club of Messrs BC Moore and B Campsall among others.

    6th versus top (undefeated)

Dinnington boasts the best referee hospitality known to (this) man and was the venue of my first ever appointment in 2006. Terry will have a cup of tea ready when I arrive and a pint on the bar when I get washed.

First game since Covid-19 last week so I'd better do a little bit of running round to make sure my lungs work.

Then next weekend is a L8 local derby - "safe pair of hands" appointment. Dunstablians -v- Stockwood Park

Or "****ing Crossleyans" as they're known in my house. I got stitched up on exchange there.
