Clearer Rugby laws - lineout

Thought I'd start a new thread for each clearer law because otherwise it might get impossible to follow.

Is it me but do the clearer laws simply say that the lineout must take place at the mark of touch? So once the full version of the laws are put away we are doing away with the 5M lineout restriction?

Line of touch (Mark of Touch) is defined as cannot be within 5 m of a goal line.
Ore do you mean 5m in from the touch line?
