My esteemed fellows,

I have been asked to present about Ruck & Maul at our upcoming pre-season conference and am in the process of re-drafting the presentation as given to me.

I want to include some clips of Rucks & Mauls (non premiership/International) to re-inforce points to be made and as a good training aid. I have searched for my own match videos for the last couple of seasons but in the house move I am suspecting that they have gone the same way as the other adult DVDs that I had :/

Anyway, does anyone have any clips that they can e-mail to me? I suspect that ST and KML may have loads? Sorry for the short notice but I was only told of this on Friday

The RFU CRD presentation on ruck and maul comes with videos.
You training officer will have a copy.

I have a PowerPoint on Mauls but it is 117MB.
If someone can school me in the art of using drop box or whatever, happy to send it to you. Alternatively, if you can receive big files, I'll try to zip it and see how big it is.

Also got one on Tackle/Ruck at 77MB
